By publicly posting the following written disclosure on its website, Public Power Generation Agency intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule.

Public Power Generation Agency has retained Public Financial Management, Inc. (“PFM”), an independent registered municipal advisor (“IRMA”). Public Power Generation Agency will rely on its IRMA to provide advice and representation on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products. This certificate may be relied upon until this certificate no longer is posted on Public Power Generation Agency’s website.

Proposals may be addressed to both Public Power Generation Agency and PFM by sending the same to PPGA Managing Agent, 8377 Glynoaks Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516 and PFM, 11325 North Community House Road, Charlotte, NC, 28277.
